Currently, on some mobile devices, when a video is recorded in landscape mode or if the back camera is used the video can present upside down or rotated.
To avoid this it is best to record in portrait mode and use the front camera (selfie style) for now.
Joycards has added a new feature (Oct 2023) which lets you rotate videos from your own Joycards dashboard. If you need to rotate a video, click on the thumbnail. When the video opens you'll find rotate buttons (icons) above the video frame. Simply click these to rotate your video to your preferred orientation.
