Giving your browser permission to access your camera and mic

When recording video on the Joycards website you'll need to give permission to the browser to access your camera.

On the record screen the browser will show a popup asking you to provide permission to access your camera and mic. You must accept this.

If you declined access (some browsers refer to this as BLOCK) or you didn't see the permission popup and are now unable to record you will need to change your BROWSER SETTINGS.

NOTE: These settings are NOT in Joycards. They are settings in your browser.

To change the permissions in your browser settings so that Joycards can access your microphone and mic please read the link below that applies to the browser you are using.

REMEMBER: You must grant access to both your camera and your mic.

Most browsers follow similar patterns to Chrome. If you are stuck and not sure how to change your browser permissions simply Google the following to find instructions for your browser:

How to change browser permissions in browser_name operating_system

NOTE: In the example search term above you must replace 'browser_name' with the name of the browser you are using and replace 'operating_system' with the name of your operating system. For example, if using Safari on an iPhone:
